1. Introduction

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website. B. Urban Nest London Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of them.

C. When registering on our website, you confirm that:

  • All personal information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and you will update it when necessary.
  • You will not impersonate any other person or use a payment method without proper authorisation.

D. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice and accept no liability for doing so.

2. Ordering

A. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

B. Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

C. We may refuse an order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Out of stock products
  • Payment authorisation failure
  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria

D. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Products must be returned in their original condition, and you will bear the cost of returning them (except in cases of defect). This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Product Information

A. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations (e.g., colour differences due to screen settings) may occur.

B. Prices are confirmed in the dispatch confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payment

A. All prices are shown in GBP and exclude delivery costs unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added at checkout.

B. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges. Urban Nest London Ltd is not liable for such charges.

C. Payments are processed securely. We are not responsible for fraudulent use of lost or stolen payment cards.

5. Delivery

A. We aim to dispatch UK orders within 5 working days and international orders within 10 working days, subject to stock availability.

B. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers or postal services. If a delivery requires a signature, we may rely on any person signing at the delivery address. Where you request delivery without a signature, you accept the associated risks.

6. Returns & Refunds

A. You may return eligible products for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

B. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Delivery charges will be refunded only where you cancel within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

C. If returning a defective product, we will examine the item and, if confirmed, refund you in full including return delivery costs.

D. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Website Use

A. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of the site by others.

B. We may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of such sites.

9. Promotions & Discounts

A. Promotional codes or discounts are valid only for online purchases at our website and cannot be exchanged for cash.

B. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order and cannot be combined with other offers.

C. Urban Nest London Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

10. Liability

A. We warrant that products purchased are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose, provided care instructions are followed.

B. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded, including:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Consumer rights under applicable UK law

C. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of data, business, profits, or goodwill.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, transport disruption, natural disasters, war).

E. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
