Return Policy: Online Purchases

UK Customers: Please note that you can exchange items in a different size, fit or style. Make sure for the exchange item to be within the same price range as the original item. In order to proceed with the exchange, please provide us with the exact product code of the item you would like to exchange for. If your exchange size is not available or the product code is not provided, we will refund your item(s). 

Europe and International Customers: Please note that you are not able to return your items for an exchange, you would need to return your order for a refund and place a new order. 

All products must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order in their original condition, with all protective materials in place and the Hawes & Curtis tags attached to them. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

For example, we will not accept the following circumstances:

• The item(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed.

• The item(s) have been altered from their original condition.

• The item(s) have been returned after the 28 day window.

• The Hawes and Curtis tags are not attached to the item(s) or haven’t been returned. Please note that the Hawes and Curtis tags constitute as an integral part of each product.

• Protective materials have not been returned e.g. shirt packaging such as clips and shirt board.

Colours
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Hawes & Curtis as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Non Refundable items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for certain products such as hats, facemasks, underwear and socks.

If there are any issues with your recent order, such as missing or wrong items, please notify our Customer Service team within 5 working days of delivery.

Important: Any third party items returned to our Distribution Centre will be considered forfeited merchandise. We will return the items for UK orders at a customers own cost, however, due to logistic reasons we will not be able to return the items for orders outside of the UK. In this scenario, the items will be disposed of.

Return Policy: Store Purchases

Conditions

In-store purchases may be refunded or exchanged in-store, with a receipt and the card used for payment under the following conditions. Please note that we can only accept returns from the person (cardholder) who bought the item.

Store purchases may not be returned to the online returns centre. Any such return will be considered forfeited merchandise and requests for exchange or refund will not be honoured.

All products must be returned within 28 days of purchasing, in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the Hawes & Curtis tags and labels attached
to them. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

For example, we will not accept the following circumstances:

• The item(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed
• The items are altered or tailored.
• The items have been returned after the 28-day window.
• The Hawes and Curtis tags and labels are not attached to the items) or haven’t been returned. Please note that the Hawes and Curtis tags and labels constitute as an integral part of each product.
• Protective materials have not been returned e.g. shirt packaging such as clips and shirt board.

Refund and exchanges

Refund and exchanges will only be made with a receipt. Items purchased from an outlet store can only be returned to the shop where the purchase was made. Items purchased from a full price store cannot be refunded or exchanged at an outlet store.

Clearance

All Clearance items are sold as seen, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Please refer to our policy at the cash desk.

Faulty/ Damaged items 

If you would like to return a faulty or damaged item, please visit your local store with your proof of purchase and the store manager will help you further.

How to get a refund or exchange - UK

We hope to meet your expectations with every order but we know that sometimes you can change your mind, which is why there is a 28 day returns period.

Please note: Deliveries ordered via our website may be returned subject to a £3 handling fee to the customer.

If you are a UK customer and have decided to return an item, you can either return using the below option, or you can also return your purchase at your nearest Hawes and Curtis store:

In-Store Returns

The option to return online orders at one of our stores is available and free of charge. You can return items to your local Hawes and Curtis store for either a refund or exchange; Ensuring you have both the item and your corresponding dispatch note with you.

If you are requesting an exchange, we recommend contacting the store beforehand to confirm your desired item is available, to avoid any disappointment.

Note: Please allow 10 working days for your returns to be processed once they have arrived at our distribution centre. We are unable to expedite this process. Altered items cannot be returned. Keep a hold of proof of postage for a smooth returns process.
