Creating an online account with Urban Nest enables you to add and or edit your personal details  and view your web order history. You will receive an automatic email confirming registration if your account has been created successfully. If you have not received the confirmation, please ensure you have provided the correct email address. Alternatively, you may choose to check-out as a guest.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discounts

Many discounts require a code to be entered at checkout. Please enter this into the PROMO CODE box. 

Please note many discount codes require you to be signed in to your account before this will apply. Only one discount code can be applied to each order. This can be used on top of our multi-buy promotions.

If your code does not apply, please verify that the items in your basket are valid for the promotion. You can contact our Customer Service team for further help.

Promotional codes only work on full-priced items. If your items are already discounted, the system cannot apply the code. (Exceptions - special sale/clearance additional promotions)

Promotions

Multi buy promotions and some other discounts are automatically applied at the checkout and will be labelled as so.

You can choose from any combination of items within the same multi buy promotion, including different sizes and colours. 

If you return any items from your order the multi buy price will still apply to the remaining items that you keep.

Please verify the total cost is correct before completing your order. If you are having difficulty with your promotion please contact Customer Services clearly stating which items you are looking to purchase.

Placing an Order

Orders can be placed via the website. We are currently unable to take orders via email or phone. 

Confirmation

If your order and payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes of placing your order, please try the following solutions:

• Confirm your details are correct e.g. card type, billing address, shipping information

• Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation e-mail

• Contact your card provider and verify that no hold has been placed on the account

• If you have been selected for a random security check, follow the instructions provided in the email 

• Delete your browsing cookies and close your browser, and start again

• Try using a computer if you were using a phone or tablet/mobile device previously

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please note that during sale periods we are unable to cancel or change orders. This is to ensure quick dispatch of all orders. Unwanted or incorrect items can be returned to us for an exchange or refund.

 

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Once your order is accepted, it will be processed as soon as possible. As such, we are usually unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please return the unwanted items for a refund or exchange. 

Note: We are unable to merge your orders into one order.

 

Delivery Address

If for any reason you do need to change your delivery information, please arrange with the courier. If your order is returned unclaimed, we will be in contact to arrange redelivery (UK orders only).

My payment was not accepted, what should I do?

If you encounter any error while trying to make a payment, please ensure to check and do the following.

• You have entered the correct card information

• You have sufficient funds and have not exceeded your spending limit

• Relaunched your browser and clear your cookies

• Check with your bank to ensure no funds were taken

• Place an order using a different payment method
